human resourcesWhile the industry manages HR in a myriad of ways, it is usually dependent on how many employees the company has. Larger companies typically hire HR talent and/or will outsource to an HR consulting company. Smaller companies typically manage in house and may use some form of limited HR outsource for things like payroll and benefits.

Human Resources is a very serious matter and mistakes can be costly.  While topics like litigation and turnover immediately come to mind, other less obvious but serious consequences such as capacity restraints, morale, and business reputation are at stake.
